Hi guys,
I'm aware that I've sort of deserted you recently, but I've been very busy and writing's been hard, especially non-fanfiction stuff. I've written a few poems for my anthology and stuff, and that's where most of my writing's been going, so I'm afraid you aren't seeing a lot of it.
My plan was to get my anthology finished by June, but that's not looking highly likely. My aim is now to finish it by the end of the year. When I've finished writing I'll ask for contributors to send me their poems, and they'll have six months to do that while I let my writing settle. At the end of those six months I'll do all the editing and try to decide what order to put the contributors poems in, etc.
I can only apologise for my lack of activity. I'm trying to continue with the 100 Themes Challenge and The Ode Less Travelled, but the latter especially is really rather challenging.
Meanwhile, I'd like to point any fans of Sherlock Holmes, or, indeed, any of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle's writing,
to this competition run by Sherlockology. Send in your Sherlock-related poems for a chance to see them published in an anthology to raise money for the Undershaw Preservation Trust. I'm afraid the deadline is looming: midnight on 1st May, but do give it ago. And poems which don't make the final cut will be published in a downloadable PDF.
Thank you for sticking with me, and I hope to be back with you, fully active, as soon as possible.
